Grandmaster
Ip Shui, Hong Kong- 1930/40's
For much of his life Ip Shui has been widely considered
the greatest fighter and Martial Artist alive in Hong
Kong. A small man, Ip Shui excelled through internal
power, speed, accuracy and technique. These photos display
the form with which this Art should be performed.
NB: These photos are extremely
rare and remain the property of Ip Shui. They have been
reproduced here with permission of the Grandmaster and
we ask that you do not copy them.

Grandmaster
Ip Shui visit to Brisbane, 1998
Grandmaster Ip Shui first came to Brisbane in 1998
to award Sifu Paul Brennan with the sole Australian
Chow Family Representative Flag. Since this time, Ip
Shui has visited our school on a number of occasions
to meet with students and see how the style is being
passed on. Ours remains the only Australian school to
be honoured with this privilege.
